Micromax Informatics — Yureka mobile not returning back | |||
From day one I was facing the peoblem in micromax yureka phone and several time discuss to customer care executive and after suffering lot submitted the phone to authorized service center for repair/replacement to Gurgaon Shree Sai Telecom on dated 15 Feb 2016 and despite passing one month and repeadetly follow-up havent received back the phone. Everytime call or visit they say that phone sent to company and waiting for return. This phone is in warranty period and still company behaving irritatingly and not giving back the phone.
