Micromax — Jack problem in micromax canvas spark Q380 | |||||
I mahesh kumar purchased a micromax canvas spark Q 380 on 01 July 2015 bia snapdeal from Miromax (Vukalp Ventura- Mundka bia Invoice No. S9FAA3/15-16/7824. 1st I received defective data cable which I deposited to M/S Rudra Services Jagat Farm Greater Noida on[protected] for replacement. Yet not replaced. This service center have closed permanently. IInd now have jack problem. Mobile is not charging. I have done many complaint but problem is not resolved. I have gone many times to service center at sec 27 Noida.they are not taking my mobile for repair I have harassed.one month have gone but no response. Complaint ticket ID-160984 on 21 nov.
