I have purchased the laptab lt666 on june 2015. With their instruction i have installed windows 10 in it. after installation, the touch screen, keypad and mouse becomes dead. for the past 3 months i am chasing the customer to get the replacement but still not done. all mails and calls are vain. very worst service.

Whenever you the call customer care toll free number they are not picking up. But they are expecting we have to wait for their call to attend anytime.
I got the incident number (was over one month ago) from them for the replacement - #TN[protected]
but no action taken after agreeing for the replacement.
