[Resolved] Micromax — lcd and touch problem | |||
Hello sir, I am Deepak Kumar from amritsar (punjab). i had purchased the micromax A210 canvas 4 mobile set worth rs.17700/- on 15 august 2013. in the month of dec 2013, its touch screen not works properly. then i had given the set to micromax service centre. they had replaced the touch screen and mother board. after a near about 45 days i had received my set but touch screen still not working properly. and its has the speaker and camera problems also.I think i had given my set 5 or 6 times to the micromax service center but they always given me set after near about 40days in the same condition as it was before. now it has speaker problems also. so from the month of i think february it has been there in service center, they given me mobile always defaulty and with in 4 or 5 days i given back to them. because of that they had extend the warranty period also for 4 months. i had requested so many times to replace the set, but they didnot hear me. i have bought this set for my one salary. and i am feeling so upset. pls help me to sort out the solution. now its extended warranty period is going to finish again. and they are saying to extend the warranty more. but its not fare. pls help to replace my set with new one. i am attaching the copy of mobile bill and service center job sheet. you can check the service records online also through micromax service center.
