[Resolved] Micromax — Led tv not working from 4 months and still problem not solved | |||||
Hey, priyanka mam I am suresh from rewari my concern is regarding a micromax full hd television from snapdeal last year 25 December. After 6 months tv started showing malfunction and there was problem with on and off function on 20june I raised the issue with customer care and as a solution card was changed on 19 august and very next day speakers showed faults and didnt worked properly and I report it next day and than technician came and check after 4-5 days and he says its speakers needs replacement and the speakers were changed in october and after just one hour again speakers showed fault and when technicians was called he said card need to be changed and still problem is prevailing. Despite of calling many times I am unable to get my problem solved and tv's warranty is due in december after I'll left with nothing in hand. Please advice me further to get my problem resolved.
