[Resolved]  Micromax — Micro max dongle model mmx210g modem

I have purchase the above item with imei no [protected] from m/s video tech elctronic, adda market asansol, dist burdwan wb pin713301 with rs 1600/ on 30/07/2014. The problem of this modem slow running and installing after every diconnection. Then i visit with asansol service center on 04/08/2014 and they says me for sofetware problem and againn software istall in this above modem . After same face from the above item and again visit with service center, asansol . They recive the above and send for replace . On 05/09/2014 after replacement of the above modem they give a modem in red color . But the same problem faces frpm new replace modem ( imei no is [protected] and model no mmx3777g ). I asked to the representative of theis service center that the imei no same or not same. The reprsentative told me " the imei no is same and model is also same".

My question is how long day for a good modem and also why cheat with me day day from your service center whereas the new purchase modem is use one or two day. From purchase date 30/07/2014.

I will visit with your service center on 06/09/2014 for the above problem .
