Micromax — MICROMAX A114 swapped with old one which i gave for service | |||
Hi, I have bought an micro max A114 via flip kart on 5/03/14, after four months it started getting switched off often automatically and also when put it on charging it was getting switched off . I went to micro max service center they said its software problem and they re-imaged the phone twice and gave back to check whether it resolves the problem. But it didn't after some days i experienced the same problem . I went to service center again and explained am still seeing the issue, they said have to send it to head office and it will take minimum twenty days. I said okay they took the mobile on 13/8/14 . After twenty days when i called and enquired they said your phone can't be repaired so am going to get new handset for that it will take 10 more days . But at last i got the call after 41 days you can come and collect your mobile. When i went and collected the mobile, it is not new one. I have been provide with old one which is damaged on the sides . How come the company can swap my new mobile which is not even six months old with old one without intimating the owner. Either i want my hand set repaired and give it to me or want a new handset or my money back. Thanks, Kalai Was this information helpful? | |||
