Micromax — Micromax A116 -Very bad product and highly irritating service support | |||
hi, I was using the micromax A116 phone since eight months and always had the battery problem which I could tolerate to some extent. Suddenly display was not working and hanging problems frequently. I gave to the pathetic service centre on 26th decemeber 2013. It is still with them. They told it would take 10 days and when I called they said it would take another 5 days. I got a call that it is ready but when i went and checked there it wasn't even powering on. I gave back to them and they replied that it would be ready by next day. when I called the next day, they again said it would take 15 days. I do not know their procedures which are so inefficient and slow. finally customer is a fool here to lose his valuable warranty time and face problems without a phone having invested so much on it. Please make sure that the phone is repaired and given back in good condition asap.
