[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax A120 - Faulty - Delayed Service | |||
Dear Sir, I am just disappointed with the services of Micromax. @ months back i purchase A120 suddenly its screen broke. Visited service centres nowhere it was repaired in fact all kept for few days and they didn't even updated me the status.Finally after 20 days i took my phone back and that to it was in a more bad condition its volume lock etc panels are not working. If such kind of services are provided to the customer why MICROMAX is misguiding the customer to go to customer care and get its phone repaired. NOW, my 10, 000 have been wasted and i am just not in the position to repair it or sell it. . We have earlier also written mails to you and in reply customer care called and said submit the phone and they will change the screen on the same day or second day. But after agreeing to your customer care my phone has become now almost DEAD.
