Micromax — Micromax bad service | |||||
I have purchased Micromax A300 gold on 19 January 2015 . On 14 October 2015 mobile screen get blank and on 15 october i have submitted my phone in micromax service center situated at lalbag lucknow under the JOB Sheet no - N[protected] dated 15/10/2015 for repairing which is under the warranty period. I was given a period of 10 days to collect the said mobile but regret to say that till date i have not got the mobile. I have visited the center 2-3 times and made many calls to your center and customer care to know the status of repairs but every time i am given a new date for the next 10 days and also mailed you many time regarding this issue. i am really disappointed by your service. please provide me suggestion now what to do to get my phone thank you Abhinav Rana contact no :- [protected] abhinav.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
