[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax canvas 2 dead (not booting) after software update done by authorised service center - customer care not providing help to resolve it. | |||
I have micromax canvas 2, when i started to experiencing some problem in my handset i went to the service center and they tried to update my phone os to latest one to resolve the problem.in this process my handset got dead by service center only and now they are saying since my handset out warranty thay can not help me to resolve it. So i called customer care they also not providing solution even they hang my phone twice and didn't take my complaint. I[censored]pdating phone officially in authorised cervice center cause such issues then why micromax release official update? Why should consumer suffer without their faults.
