Micromax — micromax center delaying to much for repairing my phone

SIR I was purchased 1 month ago micromax canvas juice after using 1 month the handset has giving problem it was being switched off while I called to anyone and it hangs too much of times a day.. I gone to your nearest micromax care center they said your handset will take a month .. I had an emergency .. But your center said after one month you will get please help me my model number is A177 any my mobile EMI number Is [protected] PLEASE SIR HELP ME ..
