Micromax — Micromax mobile submitted in warranty - not yet received | |||
I am having a Micromax mobile model no. A240 purchased on December 2013. In the month of June 2014(14th june2014) my mobile got blank automatically. Took to the service center in Jayanagar, Bangalore . they said motherboard has to be changed. so they gave me a job sheet said that mobile will be returned in 20 days of time. I got my mobile repaired on 11th July 2014. When I checked the my speaker was not working, screws were missing, beeding cut near charging connector, back cover was not fitting and no camera clarity. They said it was taken to L3 level so they have to repair it . So I had to submit my mobile on 12th July 2014, still I have not my mobile repaired. When I called the customer service they speak very rudely saying it is in L3 level. I just told them to replace a new handset if you can't repair it, no response from them. I had even told them that I might register a complaint. They said go head which was very Rude. My job sheet number is[protected] Kindly help me.
