[Resolved] Micromax — micromax service center not working properly | |||
on[protected] I bought Micromax - A120 (canvas colour 2) within 29 Days after purchased Phone has Dead then I submit my phone in micromax service centre they said to me after 10 or 15 days you can take from us but my phone battery lost some ware, after 10 days they give me my phone without check they said it is working after one month i bought new battery from the open market as company said to me if you want new battery you have to submit old battery when I was check my phone it was not working properly then on[protected] I have submit my phone in the service centre again. I COMPLETELY FED-UP THIS COMPANY BECAUSE AFTER ONE MONTH NEW BRAND PHONE HAS DEAD AND SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLES MAKING FOOL US THEY HANDED OVER UNCOMPLETED WORKING PHONE AFTER REPAIRING PLEASE DO NEED FULL My phone IMEI NO-[protected] jobsheet No. Request no. please find the enclosed documents of Job sheet given by Micromax Service centre
as the last complaint I told you two time service centre hand over to me incomplete ok phone Today on[protected]
again Micromax customer service centre hand over incomplete ok set to me and again i submit for repairing
please do something if company is not able to do ok my hand set then give me new set or replace my set

I too facing the same problem.service center people are so arrogant in answering the questions.Aswell as they are not working with in the commited time.initially ask me to wait for 10 to 15 days.now they ask me to wait for another 15more days as spare is not available.really i am fed up with micromax.
