Bought: May 2014 Issue: Black screen Service Center submission date: 26 July 2014 Called Customer care: 4th, 8th, 13th, 16th August 2014 Jobsheet ID: S[protected] Complaint No: [protected] 1. No clarity on date resolution of handset. 2. 20 days since customer calls : claimed by Micromax Why can't it be 20 days since submission of handset to service center. 3. Now they say 45 days since customer calls up as per their policy 4. Micromax does not provide Terms and Conditions of warranty of mobile phone to customer on demand.
