Dear Sir/ madam, I am Annu, Micromax customer of your company. I have Micromax canvas. I have given my mobile for touch screen problem on 07/08/14 at M/S THE MOBILE CARE (DELHI). B-36, GURU NANAK PURA OPP. V3S MALL, NEAR MAHARAJA BAQUETT HALL LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI- 92. MY Req. no is R1408FDLI11409775 But they are telling me that they don't have parts of my mobile and company is not supplying coz of none manufacturing... still it is not repaired….I went to service centre 2 times but they always said that mob is not repaired and come after 1 week. Micromax takes this much of time in just replacing a display. WHAT CAN I DO? HOW CAN I GETBACK MY HANDSET EARLY? I HOPE THAT YOUR TEAM IS HELP ME TO GETBACK MY HANDSET.
