Dear Sir/Madam, I have Purchase One Mobile Handset Micromax CG410 on Dated 06-July-2015, Ms. Agarwal Mobiles, Ramnager, Alambagh, Lucknow-226001. But After Purchasing I am Using The Handset Some Technical Problems Create So I Visit To The Shop Ms. Agarwal Mobiles, He said to Me Kindly visit To Service Center And Tell The The Problem Of Our Handset At The Executive. So I visit The Service Center In Hazaratganj, Lucknow. He Check The Handset & Tell Me The Problem. He Advised Me Kindly Contact To Ms. Agarwal Mobiles & told Him To Replaced The Handset Because The Problem Is to Be Not Shortout By Service Center. Then My Father Has Again Go To Ms. Agarwal Mobiles & Told This Thing But He said That The Stock Is Not Avialable & He Didn't Tell In How Many Time Period My Problem Has Been Shortout So Kindly Contact To Ms. Agarwal Mobiles Phone Num : [protected] & Invoice Num Of Pruchase Is 434, 06-July-2015.
