i ordered a mobile phone (micromax spark) from snap deal in a flash sale for 4999. my phone stopped working with in 4 days, but there is no support from micromax or snapdeal, they want to sale the mobile not care about the service and support, for the last 10 days i contacted snapdeal and micromax, both of them not responding well, i am really worried, my order id is Order ID: [protected], i want a new mobile or refunding my money, please help Was this information helpful? | |||
