Micromax Mobiles — Delay in receiving the handset from the Service center

To the Concerned person,
"I am writing to express my frustration with a recent experience I had with the micromax customer support.I purchase Micromax Knight A350 in Nov'14.Past 8 months the handset had a problem with the Display touch so I submitted the phone to my nearest micromax customer care center at Borivali.(Bhagwati Mobile) on 20.07.2015.The customer care personnel said that the phone will be sent to the Repair center and it will take 30 days time.I followed up with the customer care at [protected] on 20.08.2015, they said the phone has been dispatched to the gallery and u can collect the same.Further I enquired the same the gallery person said that it will take more 20 days as the phone is not properly repaired & gave me the new jobsheet no and said that we have returned it back to the Customer care center.
I am very much dis-satisfied and frustrated with the kind of service given by Micromax customer care center.I am a loyal customer of micromax but i am very pissed off with the kind of treatment which i have experienced.I am extremely disheartened that i could not got the proper service on incident like this.
I would request to either repair my phone or else replace it with the new phone.You cannot keep awaiting customer for so long as its almost 45 days I Have registerd my complaint.
