Sir, I bought the product from Snap Deal, delivered to me on 28th July 2015 in brand new condition original box packed. on using it I found that the Sim card was fitting a little loosely in the slot. On 03rd August 2015, I took it to the service center m/s Mobile World, Mangalore, for service. Very unfortunately the device slipped from my hand and fell flat on the floor while I was taking it out from my bag at the service center.Entirely my fault. I then had to leave it at there for replacement of the Screen of the tablet which developed cracks, no other issue. The touch was working fine. I was told by the counter staff that it will be repaired with in 15 days and have to pay for the repairs. Okay by me. When I called them after 15 days I was told that the spares have not come from the company i.e. M/s Micromax . and was that I should call their consumer support office. So I called them on 03.09.2015 and talked to the officer there who gave me a complaint number which is mmx[protected] .and told that I will get my device in 15 days time.As I did not get it after that period I again called them on 23/09/2015 and asked about it. This time it was a new officer who again gave me another 15 days. Till today the spares are not received by the service center and my device is still with them untouched. Sir I am a 72 year old retired person and do not have the energy to run from pillar to post..I have not used the tablet even for 3 days after purchase. I wish I had not gone t the service center at all. Please help me. I have attached images of the invoice and the Receipt of the service center.--- M Gurudath Kamath Mangalore

After my complaint of 5th October 2015 I was contacted by an official of Micromax company( from phone number [protected]), whose name I can not remember, told me that I would get my tablet very shortly and that I will get a call from the service center and then I will have to collect my device from them. This was on 6th October 2015.
I waited till yesterday i.e.15th October for that call which I never got. So I called the service center M/S Mobile World, Mangalore and was told that the set has been sent to the company as the spares are not sent by them. They had kept it with them for almost 2 months.
I called the customer support center of M/s Micromax, where an officer who attended my call told me after checking my record on his computer told me I will have to wait for another 15 days but he is not sure of the where abouts of my device nor its condition. All he could tell me from his monitor that it will take 15 more days .This is the standard time given to me every time I called them. That means it is going to be more than 3 months from the date I gave my Tablet to the service center.And I am not sure if I will get my device back after the 15days.
Now I wonder why did I ever buy a product of Micromax ??? It is very obvious that the Service center in Mangalore or the customer support team and the Micromax co . do not care about Plight of the customer like me who spent his valuable savings to buy their product.To this great company which boasts about “NOTHING LIKE ANYTHING” the customer becomes nothing and insignificant once he buys thier product. God Help me and people who have problems with Micromax products.

Sirs,
Yesterday I was informed by the Micromax service center, M/s Mobile World, Mangalore that my device i.e. Micromax Tablet P 480 is repaired and ready for delivery . So I went for collecting it. There I was given a different model than the one I had given for service, was shown to me and told me to pay Rs 3650/- as their charges saying that it is an upgraded version of the tablet. I demanded that my original set to be returned to me. I was told that my device is beyond repair, hence the company has sent me the present one. Their job sheet said the charges will be Rs 250/-
It was beyond my capacity to pay such an amount. So left the device with them and returned. I do not know if the service center people are trying to make money from me or the Micromax Co.is .
I am completely lost as to what to do.
