Micromax Mobiles — Poor response to customer issues under warranty | |||
E[protected] I had submitted my phone(Micromax Canvas Knight A 350) on 7 July to your Service Centre Techno World in Guwahati After repeated followups and idiotic responses from staff, finally phone was handed over to me on 17th July which was again faulty. I re submitted the phone on 23rd July, to which i am still waiting for my phone till date( 11th Sept) after 2 months, i still get idiotic responses from staff like " it will take more 20 days" irrespective of whenever i call them. I have lost trust on your brand and would seriously not recommend anyone ever to go with your products. Micromax is a shame to indian companies. Atleast respond to customer queires. Your staff at service centre says" Aap to bewakoof hai jo micromax le liye, ab bhugto ". This is the state of your service centres. Was this information helpful? | |||
