Micromax Mobiles — Replacement of new mobile for my existing micromax Q380 | |||
I have purchased a micromax Q380 through snapdeal on 27.05.2015. But the mobile is not working well due to the display - touch screen is not functioning. Hence I hand over the mobile at Pondicherry Service center on 16.07.2015 through my son Dhivagar. After lapse of more than 35 days the pondicheerry service center has sent the mobile to their head office. I contact the head office, they told me the mobile will be handed over to me within 5 days. I have also sent mail more than 5 time to the customer care center. They have simply sent a computer generated acknowledgement. But no more progress. The mobile is not got repaired till date. Job sheet No.S[protected] dated 16.07.2015. IMEI No.[protected] ESN No.[protected].
