[Resolved]  Micromax — N[protected]: Poor Service (Handset not repaired since last one month)

I would like to complain about the pathetic, unamusing and deadening slow service by Micromax. I had given my phone (A116) to your Gurgaon service center (M/S Shree Sai Telecom) on 13th Sep for touch problem and I was told that touch will be replaced within a week. But it has been a month now and phone is not repaired yet and counting is still on without any firm date from Micromax… Whenever I call service center they tell me that it will take another 4-5 days without realizing it has already been a MONTH. When I ask them to escalate they advise me to call Toll Free number to know the exact time frame for the repair. I even called your toll free number and the guy there told me that it will take atleast 20 days to arrange the part (don’t want to share the worst experience I had at customer service desk). When I insisted to escalate then I got a call back from one lady but there was no real help to expedite the repair actually. Noone seems aware of the part availability and there is no way at all within Micromax to expedite the part delivery. There is clear communication gap and departments do not talk to each other which is hampering customer service. Till date I remain unaware of the exact delivery date post repair for my handset. I am really confused why Micromax is taking ages to arrange a part for just an year old mobile phone. This is not an obsolete model for which you need years to arrange the small part. What is exactly causing all this delay??? I am totally disappointed with this kind of miserable support from Micromax. I believe this was my biggest mistake to become Micromax customer and feeling a bit o[censored]nfortunate with this decision. I would never recommend Micromax to anyone in my lifetime now. I feel harassed and mentally upset without my phone from last ONE Month and you can assume how difficult it is to survive in today's world without a phone. Micromax has not even provided a temporary handset so my life is not disturbed until you guys repair mine. I also would like to know what is the time frame you have to provide a new handset when you can not repair the existing one? I want this complaint to reach to the highest level within Micromax. Would appreciate your prompt response in this regard.

Poorest service in the world by Micromax !!! Its over a month now and I have not received my phone back in my hands yet ...absolutely not acceptable...
