Micromax — Not getting tax invoice after mobile repair | |||||
As per the communication after repeated mails Micromax is not helping me and as a consumer I am very upset by your co.'s behaviour. I have repeatedly asked Micromax for the Tax invoice which i can submit it to the insurance company for claiming my insurance. After repeated mails i am not getting any solution due to which I as a consumer is in loss and regretting why i have purchased your product. It was your company's responsibility and duty that they provide the customer a Tax invoice as and when they take money for the service or product, but instead your company not asking the service center for any help.
