[Resolved] Micromax — Not responsible against defect mobile phones | |||||
With service request no. N[protected] and model no. SERMOB0654 dated 07/11/2015, I have purchased new mobile for emergency call purpose. After 5-6 days, my mobile is not working properly, battery is not working. So, I have visited to check and replacement at your service centre M/s B.R. Services, C-30, GF Near SBI Bank, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi-110024 on 07/11/2015. But your unlearned executive advice to me instead of replace to keep mobile and committed to repair said problem within 7 days. I harassed to state that since 45 days, I am running PILLAR to POST. During the currency, I have contacted and tried to know status about replacement or repair of my mobile with your service centre and customer care. You are requested to lodge this matter seriously and advice to any responsible person to handle this matter and send a new mobile handset immediately. I am suffering due to bad system and bad administration of your company. Your both service centre and customer care executives have replied as irrelevant and unexpected word. Please kindly either replace a new mobile or return value in cash immediately. I do not want the said repairable mobile. Otherwise I will go with higher authority as legal and consumer grievance if your company ignore this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
