[Resolved] Micromax — Overheating and low battery backup | |||
Respected Sir, I AJITH.B, VALIYANILATH, MANNANCHERY.P.O, ALAPPUZHA, bought a micromax mobile(model-A94) in[protected] from Kalavoor. With in days I noticed that phone suffered very low battery backup and over heating. so, I approach my dealer, he collected the phone[protected]. Till this moment I did not get proper information about my phone. As an Indian customer I know about my rights. but the company behave to against my satisfaction. so, I humbly request you to solve my issue, and protect my rights as a customer.
