Micromax — Phone goes switch off

I have purchased Micromax canvas A114 from amazon on June 2014... After one month usage phone goes switch off when it work and on little shake ... I have contacted customer care and they told me to change the battery.. Then after changing the battery it showed the same problem again. I went service center and they changed software, after one week the phone showed the problem again. Then i again went to service center and told them to change the board. They are not ready for that. What I have to do?? MICROMAX PROVIDES THE WORST SERVICE EVERE...
