Micromax — Phone not getting switched on

My yureka mobile is not getting charged at all and now it is not even getting switched on . Every time I press the start button, a sign of low battery appears . I tried to contact all the micromax customer care numbers but could not come to the conclusion. They recieved the phone, listened to the issue, kept the phone on hold for sometime and then hanged up . It is getting too frustrating now.
