Micromax — Phone under warranty period after 4 months when I put the second sim not working and the charger too does not have proper contact with the phone pin. | |||
Bought Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 on Flipcart order date: 31st mar 2015 order no. OD[protected] seller :WS retail When i inserted the second sim it was not working' Sent it to the service centre. They checked and said there is physical damage to the sim chip which is not covered in warranty. I fail to understand that the phone back cover has been opened just the second time to insert the sim then how has it got damaged. why dosent the company take the responsibilty and repair the defective part which may have been from before and not got noticed because it was not in use. The charger too does not work properly and it is only 5 months and well within gurantee period Was this information helpful? | |||
