[Resolved] Micromax — poor customer relation of trivandrum service centre. | |||
I am totally dissatisfied with the customer relations of Trivandrum service centre professionals. There was a complaint in the board and touch pad of my micromax canvas smart phone. but they are not willing to replace the touchpad and board of my phone. and also a long waiting period for the battery. There was only one year company warranty for the micromax, but my phone was in the service centre for 2 months till now. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service and Now am planning to go for the consumer court.
