DearSir, My mobile Phone A93 model given for repair at authorized repair Center of Micromax i.e. at M/s.Harihara Electronics, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, on 10.04.2015 vide Job Sheet No.S[protected], but till date my mobile not yet repaired and they are telling that we have not received spare parts ordered to the company. We cannot not tell exact date when we will complete the repair/deliver the mobile after repair. Kindly look into this matter at your end and do the needful. I am waiting for your reply.
