[Resolved] Micromax — problem in new mobile after repairing in service center | |||
I had complaint on your site due to problem in outgoing voice in new handset from first day and service center ask for waiting 25 days, link is https://www.consumercomplaints.inmicromax-problem-in-new-mobile-c941524 Now I found my handset back after 10 days from service center but problem is still remain same. There is a noisy voice on other side after changing mother board and micro phone as per service center employee. They told me to take it back and borrow some time to check either same problem comes in other hand set of same model or not. Only 20 days before on 2/9/2014 I purchased it. I Tried to contact with micromax Team on same Mail ID from which i found reply after registering complaint on Your site. Was this information helpful? | |||

२ महीने होगये है मेरे मोबाइल को सर्विस सेंटर पे देने को पर अभीतक कोई अत्ता पता नहीं है की मोबाइल कब मिलेगा मुज़हे मेरा मेने सर्विस सेंटर के शभी सेंटरों पर कॉल करा मेको ये बोला गया की अभी टाइम लगेगा गुडगाँव और इनके सभी सर्विस सेंटरों पर में आप सभी को यह बताना चाहता हु की मिक्रोमक्स का सर्विस सेंटर बोहत घटिया है मेने अपना मोबाइल जब सर्विस सेंटर पर दिया तो मेको बताया गया था की ४५ वर्किंग डेज में सुधर जायेगा और तो और मेरा नाम श्याम है सर्विस सेंटर में स्याम लिखा है जबकि श्याम है मेरा मोबाइल नंबर भी गलत लिखा था वो भी सही करवाया इनकी मुख्या ब्रांच new डेल्ही में है यहाँ पर किसी को कुछ भी पुछलो डायरेक्ट काट देते है मोबाइल को
