Micromax — Problem persists after multiple repairs and above 1 month to repair. | |||
I had purchased micromax Canvas Blaze 4g (Q400) handset on[protected] from Dreamz Communications, G-10, Shriram Tower, 13, Ashok Marg, Lucknow. The handset is showing defects in the period of warranty. It suddenly shuts down automatically after some use and can be switched back on only after reinsertion of battery. Service center( [N040449] Prince Communication, Lucknow tel[protected] is unable to resolve it . They claim to have done multiple software updates, changed the motherboard, changed the battery and passed it O.K. after testing it for a week.They have kept it again for motherboard change, even having it changed before. The process has taken me 8-9 trips ( 20 km each time) trips and more than 1 month already. And further process of contacting delhi head office is of 21 days to be minimum and the extent is undefined, as they said. I have made numerous phone calls and send messages to appropriate authorities. I am a college going student and now I can not waste energy, time, and money on this.Enough of the harassment. I have followed the formal methods of complaint as suggested by them, still there is no response.
