[Resolved] Micromax — Product malfunction | |||
I bought a micromax modu T in Feb 2013 from snapdeal.com. I was excited when i ordered that phone but after using that phone for a month i was highly dissappointed with that phone.The touchscreen of that phone got failed, started getting hang and restart at several time. when i went to the service centre then they said that the phone is now discontinued and now we can't repair the display of the ohne. Is this the way you deal with the customers. i am highly dissappointed with this company now.Please resolve my problem as i really wanted to use that phone but i am not able to.Please help me with that phone or exchange that phone with a good phone with some extra charges.Please contact me as soon as possible.Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
