[Resolved] Micromax — Refund of Rs. 3800 spent on servicing the phone within guarantee | |||
I had purchased a Micromax Phone in March 2014, and the phone after 4 months have started giving me problems like. 1) Automatic Switch offs 2) No Charging I had visited Micromax service center for the repair they said they will repair the phone within 3 days and also it is within the guarantee period. Now after a week I am being called by the Service Center and told that the phone is not repaired and there will be an additional charge of Rs.3800/- I think this is just not acceptable.
