Micromax — Repair delay

i have submitted my Canvas Doodle 3 in Laxmi Nagar Delhi on 04/07/2015 but and they informed that it will take 10 days to repair but everytime i am visiting the service center they are asking for more 15 days, also they are themself making me to file complaint in consumer court, i contacted the Customer Contact Center two times but they are saying that they are unable to help me out also they never make me speak to any senior or supervisor.i called with ([protected]) this number.plus i have wrote on their website (www.micromaxinfo.com) 4 times but didn't get any revert back. i am feeling like they are harassing me as a customer.
