Micromax — Repeatable problem in mobile and Not responding well

Dear sir my name is neeraj kumar tripathi I have submitted the mobile micromax a121 IMEI NO [protected]/[protected] with job sheet no W[protected] with problem mobile in dead condition and display problem in end of May internally the generate the w[protected] new job sheet no after they given the mobile in end July mid after a day mobile re dead they re taken mobile without job sheet and after they re taken the mobile with job sheet w[protected] on 4 of August same time period mobile warranty is expired . I dropped more than 5 mail with mail id [protected]@gmail.com for replacement/warranty extend but they are not responding well . online complaints no are mmx[protected], mmx[protected] & mmx[protected]. still they are not responding I am getting mentally and physically harassed by visiting service centre and calling to customer support .
