[Resolved] Micromax — Replacement of Mobile Micromax X281 | |||
To, Date : 19.10.2014 The Customer Care, Micromax Dear Sir, It is to inform that I am an Civil Engineer resident of Haldwani, working in SMEC International Pty. Ltd. at Lumding, Assam and I have purchsed a mobile Micromax X281 (C-Grey, M-[protected], S-[protected]) through "Mobile 'n' Fashion" Naya Bazar, Tailor Lane, Haldwani (Nainital) Uttarakhand vide cash memo no. 5458 dated 06.06.2014 (Copy enclosed). The mobile was not showing memory card so I asked to your dealer, he suggested me to get it repair from the Micromax Repairing Centre and show to the centre in the end of July-2014, centre had kept the mobile and said you can collect after 10-15 days but they given back after one month and now mobile is totally not working. Again it showed to the dealer he kept with him and after a week he said there are no parts in the mobile. I surprised that mobile has not been given to any other mechanic / agency otherthan Micromax Repairing Centre.I am suffering from so many losses due my mobile.
