Sir,
First time I am facing this type of problem that a service center is asking for full money and spare parts charges, even though the product is under warantee period.
The service center is saying that the sticker on top of the mobile is absent so they will not cover under warantee. The smart phone was purchased in nov 2013 and is with cash receipt.
A very bad treatment from your patna service center.
What to do??
