[Resolved]  Micromax — Service centers unable to provide better service

Hi.
My micromax a107 touch panel not working so i submit my cell on 01/07/2016 at micromax service centre m/s cell solutions (har), ad g-6 basement shyam ji complex delhi road bahadurgarh, tin[protected], pin-124507 contact - [protected].

After that full day spend in service centre my number have to come and finally i told mechanic it's touch panel home key is not working can you please check. mechanic say me this cell will be done between 7-8 days so i was submit my phone on 1/07/2016 and when i was go to store for my cell after 10 days. they told we need more time and today 18 days left so i think today cell will be finally perfect but till time is the same response we need more times.
So my question is for 1 cell little problem fix how much time need service center.
This type of service spoil brand name. as compare with other mobile service center this service center is totally nill.
My request for you please fix my cell problem as soon as possible.
