[Resolved] Micromax — Service issue with Micromax Canvas 3D | |||
I had purchased Micromax canvas 3 D handset from Blue Eye, Dharampeth, Nagpur WIth IMIE No [protected] & [protected] Bill No 036 dated 4/1/2013, . I am Facing problem as details below: 1) Side on off button not working 2 ) Ear Phone Jack not working 3 while using Internet on Sim 2, Sim 1 call con not be received. For the above problems I had delivered the handset to your Authorized Service Centre M/s Nawaz Mobile Ward No 14, Near Mahadeo Mandir, Wardha ( MS) 442001. On dated 13.09.2014 with Job Sheet No . Bi W[protected], After 15-20 days on contacting with Service center I had been told that, the handset cannot be repaired under warranty as the warranty has been expired, further on asking him regarding the warranty period he told me to contact to the retailer where I purchased this handset, further he told that me that the same can be repaired on paid basis, I paid the estimated amount of Rs.750/- for the repair. Then I contacted the retailer regarding my problem with warranty as one year was not yet completed, he suggested not to pay the amount for repairing, as the mobile was handed over to me in Sealed Packed condition by the retailer, but by the time I had already paid for paid repairing . Now, two weeks before service center delivered the mobile, after checking it was founded that the side on off switch was working but the rest of the problems still persisted and moreover the front camera was missing and software not functioning properly, So I again went to service center for rectification of these problems and sat their more that 3 hours but of no use, I was asked to come next day but it was not repaired again and next date given was 20th October 14 the reason was non - availability of spares. Being an Indian Company, I preferred Micormax handset but not aware of the services, now I am fade up of the service provided by your service centres, I have hared similar experiences for Micromax from some of our colleagues, I don't expected such a service from emerging brand like Micromax, I would like to bring in to your kind attention through this mail to intervene in this matter and get the above handset repaired / replaced under warranty ant the earliest, regards Manojit Moharil Encl: 1 ) Invoice 2) Job Sheet 3 ) Payment receipt Was this information helpful? | |||

As per requirement I had send you required details on the same day, further I received call from your representative during discussion with him I had been told your problem will be resolved within a week's time but almost 20 days has passed their seems no action has been taken in this regard, as the matter is pending from 13.09.2014 . Your early action in this regards shall be appreciated.
