We have purchase a smart phone model no q 463 through online shopping by using filpkart on date 16.12.17. But above mobile not working due to manufacturing defect. We go through to complaint your authorised service center at alwar m/s rb solutions. But they demanding me c-sticker or mobile packing box.. Mobile box not to kept. Customer service center refuse to mobile reapir.
Plz solve the problem and replace the mobile.
