[Resolved] Micromax — Too much time taking in Service | |||
on 5-9-2014, my micromax canvas hd mobile's touch started not working so i took it to the nearest service center (Address: 44, Shyamapally, Jadavpur (Ground Floor), Kolkata, West Bengal - 700032) on 6-9-2014. they said that I will get the repaired mobile after 14 days max. but its been 42 days and I didnt get the repaired mobile set yet. Today it is[protected] and from the last 42 days i already have visited 4-5 times and asked that how much time you will take to repair and always i get the same answer 6-7 days more required and also when I reached the service center today i.e. on[protected] they again told me that it will take 6-7 days more. It is not just mine problem but I heard many customers complaining about the same. Its not a good way to attend your customers and keep on wasting our time.
