THE TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT AT ALL WORKING.. IT WAS GIVEN TO YOU CUSTOMER CARE, KOLKATA ON 27.08.2014, WITHIN THE WARRANTY EPRIOD, , LATER IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME AFTER 20 DAYS AND AS I REACHED HOME, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. touch is not working in my mobile canvas 108 from 1 month
Sorry to say that there is no reply to my complaint from your side. Ten days back i had lodged complaint regarding touch screen. this is second time i have given my handset for repairing/changing touch screen. in fact i wanted new piece of mobile which is giving right from beginning. Now i have already submitted this mobile to your service agent m/s sai mobile shop, Dadar Mumbai and my jobsheet no is w[protected]. Even after ten days there is no response from your end . Agency informed me that handset is sent to head office for repair. Please let me know the status and if possible please replace this handset altogether instaed of repairing or changing touch screen as its battery is also giving trouble.
