[Resolved] Micromax — Unacceptable delay of 3 months in replacing faulty Micromax phone | |||
This is to inform that I have submitted my faulty micromax A177 on 6th July 2014 at Micromax authorized service center, pune. My phone is bought just one month back and is within warranty. I have fed up following up with them as well as micromax customer care. They keep giving false promises about the timelines. I need my money back and need to claim penalty to micromax for my mental harassment too. Please guide me.
