[Resolved] Micromax — Unsatisfactory services!! | |
Hi There
I had purchased Micromax A092 from Snapdeal. I had a problem with the phones charging jack so decided to place it for service as it was in guarantee period.I am from Srinagar so the Authorized Service center namely "M/S Mobile Solutions Gf Land Mark Complex, Karan Nagar Chowk, Srinagar ".My receipt no is 1418 with them.I t has been a month since I have placed the phone for service but i am not getting satisfactory answers.I know their are delays but a time frame is a right to every customer. And to be honest enough its a pathetic service from your end as they are representing you people. Was this information helpful? | |
