[Resolved] Micromax — utterly bad service at service center | |||
I purchased my micromax A120 mobile on 3/05/2014 at poorvika mobiles private ltd(no 31, ranganathan st, t.nagar, chennai)..after 4 months i had problem with touch screen..but somehow i was managing with it..before 3 months it became worse..so i gave my mobile for service 0n 23/02/15 at the poorvika showroom where i purchased it ..but still i didnt get my mobile back.thet are telling that thy are in lack of spare accessories.but my mobile's model is in market sale still now...then how come spare will not be availabe???..i havnt seen such a poor service ..i need my mobile in hand within 24 hours or i need a new mobile of the same rate.Your micromax representative has to respond me in another 24 hours.or otherwise i will have to take legal action against your concern..Try to improve your company's service.
