Micromax — very very very poor device and service. | |||
I gave my micromax canvas 4 (A210) on 28th july 2014 for servicing on the last day of warrenty period. Dust had entered in the screen and there was very weak connectivity of wifi and bluetooth. I gave my device in pune based authorised service center. They said it will take 10-12 days. Its been around 20 days now and when called to call center of micromax they said it will take more 20 days. If you people cannot give proper device and proper service then why do we buy your product? Really very upset with the company. My started having problems from 15th day after buying only. This is pathetic. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Was this information helpful? | |||
