Micromax — Worst customer care & support @ chennai service center

I have been bought Micromax unite 2 (Model A106) on 7/7/2014 @ Sangeetha Mobiles Chennai. While using the Phone, voice call can't hear due to MIC is not working. On 11/9/2014 I have been submitted the handset to Mobile ocean care(MMX authorised service [protected]@ velacherry chennai) to resolve this problem. Mobile ocean care has commited to repair the handset with in 10 days or two weeks. Yet the phone has not been repaired (pending due to receiving spare from MMX factory). I am frustrated on MMX customer care crews & feeling that I have been made mistake of buy MICROMAX product.
