Micromax — Worst Customer Service

My bother own a micromax yureka phone. The phones software has been wiped out and unable to start it. I had louged a complaint with the company on 23-24 Aug 2015, Having complaint number 1256552 . But till date non have arrived or no communication from the customer service. It is just that when you will call they will say then need another 48 hours. I asked the customer service person to get to his/her manager but i presume there isnt any present there. She didn't transfer to anyone giving me the reson the his senior is not present. Getting no reply from the customer service and at the end i had to put the complaint here
